1) VENUE RENTAL ONLY:

Gold Room: US$1,060.00holds up to 300 persons

Catering Service Charge: $0.60c per person, once clients make their own catering arrangements.

2)  VENUE RENTAL ONLY:

Blue Room: US$600.00-holds up to 80 persons

Catering Service Charge: $0.60c per person, once clients make their own catering arrangements.

What is included:

  • Chairs
  • Round & Trestle Tables
  • Cake & Signing Tables
  • Use of the Gardens for picture-taking
  • Complimentary Day Room & Honeymoon Suite (subject to availability)
  • P.A. System & Background Music

 

3)  VENUE RENTAL ONLY:

Lawns and Ruins (w/ back-up facility) : US$1,600.00

Catering Service Charge: $0.60c per person, once clients make their own catering arrangements Outdoor Audio System: US$105.00 (applies for all outdoor events).

What is included:

  • Round & Trestle Tables
  • Cake & Signing Tables
  • Complimentary Day Room & Honeymoon Suite (subject to availability)

4)  CATERING PACKAGE:

Packages are a minimum of US$35.00 per person (final cost is determined based on final menu selections and special requests by you).

The catering package includes the following:

  • Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner
  • Waiter Service
  • Tableware (cutlery, crockery & glassware)
  • Round Tables & Tablecloths
  • Chairs
  • Trestle Tables & Tablecloths for head table food station
  • Cake & Signing Tables
  • Complimentary Day Room & Honeymoon Suite (subject to availability)
  • Use of the Gardens for picture-taking

If you are interested we will make a preliminary booking for you, that holds the date for 7 days and a 20% non-refundable deposit will be needed to confirm your booking. A refundable deposit will be required for incidentals.
